Suggested Use:
Prior Top Exercise: Consume 1/2 serving of GLUCOFUEL complex carb matrix with 16oz(473ml) of coldwater. Consume 45 minutes before exercise.
Immediately Following Exercise: Consume 1 serving of GLUCOFUEL to replenish glycogen levels and drastically enhance recovery you may mix 1 serving of GLUCOFUEL with your favourite proteinn supplement for an ideal meal replacement shake.
For gaining weight add twice the ratio of GLUCOFUEL complex carb matrix to the single serving of protein powder.
